Pro.Motion ("Pro.Motion", "we", "us" or "our") provides interactivity through its books by using Augmented Reality (“AR”).

We are committed to ensuring the privacy of children under the age of 18 years old who use Pro.Motion websites, software, technologies, services, and applications/apps (collectively referred to as "Services").

Once you provide your personal information, you are not anonymous to Pro.Motion. 

This data is retained solely for education purposes, including but not limited to: providing and maintaining our Service; notifying you about changes to our Service; Monitoring the usage of our Service; Detecting, preventing and addressing technical issues. In a nutsell, this data is used to generally improve the user experience. We want to assure you that Pro.Motion never sells a child's information.

The data is generally retained for a short period of time. Pro.Motion supports DNT. That is you will not be tracked.

Our Service may contain links to other sites not operated by us. If you click a third party link, you will be directed to that third party’s site. Pro.Motion strongly advises you to review the Privacy Policy of every site you visit. Our Policy Towards Children

Pro.Motion is committed to complying with all applicable laws and regulations concerning children under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under the age of 18. If we become aware that a child under the age of 18 has provided us with personally identifiable information, we will delete such information from our system.

If we become aware that we have collected Personal Data from children without verification of parental consent, we take steps to remove that information from our services within a reasonable time.
