FRENDO ("FRENDO", "we", "us" or "our") provides interactivity through its apps by using Augmented Reality (“AR”).

We are committed to ensuring the privacy of Users who use FRENDO websites, software, technologies, services, and applications/apps (collectively referred to as "Services").

We are committed to creating a secure, and safe, environment for Users to enjoy. FRENDO respects your privacy. Our goal is to only collect information about our Users, as well as about our Users’ use of our Services. This will help us provide the best interactivity Service possible. Also including but not limited to unique device identifiers, browser type, browser language, your system and application software, and peripherals.

Once you provide your personal information, you are not anonymous to FRENDO.

This data is retained solely for education purposes, including but not limited to: providing and maintaining our Service; notifying you about changes to our Service; Monitoring the usage of our Service; Detecting, preventing and addressing technical issues. In a nutshell, this data is used to generally improve the User experience. We want to assure you that FRENDO will not sell the Users’ information.

If you are from the EEA, FRENDO legal basis for collecting and using the personal information described in this Privacy Policy depends on the Personal Data collected by us and the specific context in which we collect it.

Although FRENDO strives to protect your information by implementing reasonable security control measures and safeguards, we are unable to guarantee or warrant the security of any information transmitted to us through the FRENDO Services or that we store on our systems or that is stored on our third party contractors’ systems.

Duration of information retained by FRENDO

We retain information only for as long as is necessary to support the purpose set out in this Privacy Policy. FRENDO might also retain data for internal analysis purposes. The data is generally retained for a short period of time. The exception is when this date is used to improve the functionality of our Service, or if/when we are legally obligated to retain this data for longer periods.

Again, we want to assure you that FRENDO does not sell Users’ information. FRENDO does not share Users’ information with third parties for money or other valuable consideration. FRENDO may disclose your information to service providers solely for business purposes. These service providers support the internal operations of the Services, assist FRENDO in providing you access to the Services, and assist FRENDO in monitoring, analyzing, and optimizing the Services.

Having said that, since the internet is a global phenomenon, using the internet to collect and process information necessarily involves the transmission of data on an international basis. Thus, by using the Services, you are acknowledging and consenting to the transfer of your information outside your country of residence to any country where we have facilities or engage third parties (including but not limited to, payment processors, cloud service or other Information Technology providers, and other companies that provide services to us).

FRENDO requires that third parties (if any), such as cloud service providers, with whom data about users is shared, are obligated to safeguard such data using policies and procedures that are consistent with this Privacy Policy and must only use the information in order to perform the educational purpose for which it was provided.

Under certain circumstances, FRENDO may be required to disclose your data if required to do so by law, or in response to valid requests by public authorities. These include, but are not limited to, a governmental agency, a court, etc.

Our Service may contain links to other sites not operated by us. If you click a third party link, you will be directed to that third party’s site. FRENDO strongly advises you to review the Privacy Policy of every site you visit. Our Policy Towards Children

FRENDO is committed to complying with all applicable laws and regulations concerning children under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under the age of 18. If we become aware that a child under the age of 18 has provided us with personally identifiable information, we will delete such information from our system.

If we become aware that we have collected Personal Data from children without verification of parental consent, we take steps to remove that information from our services within a reasonable time.

This Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time and without prior notice to you to reflect changes in our personal information practices.
